Guest Medical Coverage

Coverage F, or ‘Guest Medical Coverage,’ pays for small medical expenses if a visitor is injured on your property, regardless of who is at fault. It is designed to settle minor injuries (like a slip on a rug) quickly and amicably to prevent them from escalating into a liability lawsuit. Common limits range from $1,000 to $5,000. It does not cover injuries to you or your family members living in the home; for those, you would rely on your health insurance policy instead.
